SOP UPDATE & CLARIFICATION PAGE
Below are listed the SOP updates/clarification that are in effect for the upcoming competition. Please check back weekly to ensure no changes have been made. The SOP changes/clarifications site will be finalized one week prior to the competition start date when the official event start times are posted on this website. As updates are made, the changes are included within the event SOP.
EVENT SOP UPDATES
1) AUGUST 25TH, 2011 Initial Posting Completed SOP and Scoresheets, Floor Diagrams and the Official Invite are Now Posted! Event Registration will be available ON-LINE beginning this year and all paperwork will be submitted on-line as well. Off we go, into the wild blue yonder...
2) 14 JANUARY, 2012: Color Guard Scoresheet
Not something huge, but the scoresheets in each event are designed to total 1,000 available points between all of the judges. The Color Guard sheets (Armed & Unarmed Divisions) are supposed to have a Report-in and Report-out score that is 5 points lower on all but the Head Judge scoeresheets. This has been corrected and the new scoresheets with this one small modification have been posted on-line and listed as REV#1.>
Any other minor change would be handles on-arrival but it is extremely unlikely anything further will be modified. Thank you for your efforts to keep up to date for the good of your team. We look forward to seeing all of you in the coming weeks.
