The 2008 Nationals Drill Camp will be limited to approximately 150 cadets and 25 instructor participants maximum.
Cadets must register their information online (simply click on the link below).
A $100.00 deposit is required to hold your space in the NDC and an early registrant. You can pay more than $100.00 when registering, but $100.00 is the minimum requirement.
The NDC Deposit payment and any supplemental payments can be made by online credit card or a checked mailed to SNI.
Participants may choose to pay in full at the time of initial registration. Otherwise, you may make additional payments at any time after registration. Camp tuitions must be paid in full by May 15th, 2008.
50% of your NDC package cost is due by March 15th, 2008. Example: You are a cadet that registered in December, 2007 with a $100.00 deposit. Your total package cost is $799.00. 50% of this cost is $399.50. You already paid $100.00 when you registered, so you owe a minimum of $299.50 more by March 15th, 2008.
100% of your NDC package cost is due by May 15th, 2008. A different cadet example: You are a cadet that registered March 17th, 2008 with a $100.00 deposit. Your total NDC package cost is $799.00. You paid an additional $299.50 in early March for your required 50% deposit payment. You now owe a balance of $399.50 by May 15th, 2008 which will have your account paid in full.
The NDC reserves the right to remove any registered participant should they fail to meet the payment deadlines, with appropriate financial penalties explained below.
Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to TAMU. An official NDC travel agency has been made available to participants strictly as a service - attendees may arrange their own transportation or work with this agency provided.
Transportation to/from Houston’s Int’l airport to TAMU can be coordinated for all NDC attendees if requested at a nominal additional charge through the NDC travel agency or attendees may arrange their own transport.
Nationals Drill Camp Refund Policy
Any registered participant requesting to drop from the event must submit their request in writing (standard mail and email are acceptable).
Any and all payments made to the NDC will be fully refunded if requested by January 10th, 2008.
Between January 10th, 2008 and April 1st, 2008, a $100.00 penalty will be assessed and kept by the NDC for anyone dropping from the Camp. Any remaining monies paid towards your NDC package will be refunded.
Between April 1st, 2008 and May 15th, 2008, anyone dropping from the NDC will have the same $100.00 penalty assessed. They will receive a refund of the remaining payments they have submitted to the NDC less a $300 penalty for cadets & instructors staying in a 7-night package, or a $150 penalty for instructors staying in a 4-night package.
After May 15th, 2008, anyone dropping from the NDC will not be entitled to any refund of any monies paid.
Additional Financial Information
A $15 fee will be charged for all checks returned by the bank for any reason.
A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be added to overdue balances and will accrue until the balance is paid.
