
PACKAGE PLAN ITEMS
Each individual coming to the NYFC competition (players, cheerleaders, coaches, parents and other people 13 and over) participate in the NYFC competition only through the Team Package Plan. Teams (specifically, your Trip Manager) will choose for the ENTIRE TEAM and all of its followers which package level your entire group will choose to attend the event under. Because everyone becomes a part of the Team Package Plan at the level that is chosen by your Trip Manager, we are able to easily organize this multi-thousand person event and also obtain quality oceanfront hotels, shirts, medallions, patches, pictures, and the spectacular Awards Gala. This is all done at a price that everyone can afford while still paying for all of the event costs. Through this package, everyone pays their fair share of the expenses of the NYFC.
The Team Package Plan provides everyone with oceanfront accommodations. Some confusion has existed in the past on teams where the trip manager failed to communicate EXACTLY what each paying person will receive for their Team Package Fees. Below is a grid outlining exactly what the team will be provided for every paying person contained on their rooming list:

Of course, regardless of the package LEVEL, the "hotel room" itemized above refers to the base 5-day/4-night package stay. Many families choose to come early or stay later than the base 5-day/4-night package, which is why the "extra night" cost is listed. This extra night cost (those staying more than the 4-night base package) is priced PER ROOM, PER NIGHT -- not per person as the other four, three, two and one per room package prices are quoted.

Each are itemized and broken down to include the cost for: four, three, two and one paying person. All prices listed below are tax inclusive! Also, ALL PRICES BELOW ARE QUOTED AS PER PERSON PRICES, NOT PER NIGHT! Yes, for an oceanfront, major holiday weekend, these are very good prices. When you factor in that you receive a football/cheer competition the stature of the NYFC with this, these are UNPARALLELED PRICES! Bed tax on hotel rooms in Volusia County is currently 12.5% and the prices listed below are INCLUSIVE of these and any other taxes!
These tax-included prices are very low for a major oceanfront resort holiday weekend. This is because the hoteliers in town love the family business that the National Youth Football Championships provide. We are thrilled to be able to provide these prices to your teams.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The prices below are the prices paid to attend and be a part of the NYFC competition in Daytona Beach, Florida. Many Trip Managers put together a package plan for their team that may include our prices for everything listed below, plus add money for any of the following necessary items for this type of trip: transportation (bus or plane), food (daily or one special meal), entertainment (theme park, etc.). If your team is quoting prices higher than those listed below, ensure you know what these monies are being used for and what you will be receiving for the extra money.

Several Deluxe Package Hotels, as well as all rooms at the Hilton Resort Headquarters require attendees to maintain a 5-night stay team average. Most of the attendees using these properties arrive on Tuesday and depart on Sunday. These rooms are often HIGHLY in demand by many attendees due to their overall quality & walking distance proximity to the Ocean Center. We strongly recommend those teams that have the financial ability and the exceptional parenting support for chaperoning consider these plans.
