Below is the complete list of past year winners of the Jean Weil Foundation Scholarship Award. These cadets embodied everything positive about Junior ROTC. These people, as well as all of the scholarship applicants over the years deserve our praise and our respect.
It was a pleasure to get the opportunity to read each of these individuals high school transcripts, read their essay. Having them each interview on-site interview at the Nationals is a treat for any JKW Board Member fortunate enough to gain that duty. I have no doubt that each of these fine individuals will be successful at whatever they choose to attempt in life.
