The complete Navy Nationals Folder is posted annually by January 10th for the upcoming competition and downloadable for registered schools. Numerous individual parts of this folder will be posted earlier to allow units to practice (i.e., Event Scoresheets & SOP and the Drill Floor Diagrams), as well as for local and Area meet organizers to use these "Navy Nationals" materials for their own local and regional competitions.

All NJROTC schools who are Area Manager nominated and planning to attend the upcoming NJROTC Nationals competition should register as soon as possible to download and then read through this School Folder. This will allow your program time to complete the required documents, as well as read through the rules, procedures, scoresheets, etc. Threat condition changes and other unforeseen items may force changes within these documents. Any updates made to any portion of this School Folder information will be posted on the Navy Nationals SOP Update section of the website. STEP ONE! REGISTER FOR THE EVENT: This is now done COMPLETELY on-line on the new MySCHOOL WEBSITE (note: this is a DIFFERENT SYSTEM than last year - you will create your own ID and password - please use the above link to get to the site.) Please do this ONLY when NOTIFIED & NOMINATED to attend the upcoming event by your Area Manager! STEP TWO! DOWNLOAD THE SCHOOL FOLDER (Three Chapters - Available to Registered Attending Schools Only) and DOWNLOAD THE EVENT SOP, SCORE SHEETS and FLOOR DIAGRAMS (Two Chapters Plus Diagrams - Needed to Prepare your school to compete) To Be Posted mid-January for the upcoming competition NOTE: This year, all schools will complete their event paperwork and download all event materials electronically from their personalized Navy Nationals MySchool website. You will create an ID and password (simple) and this will get your school into your MySchool website page. Here you will download the event Team Folder and begin paperwork submission for the event. STEP THREE!: CONFIRM YOUR FOLDER DOWNLOAD: After you have downloaded your school folder, simply check the dialogue box on your MySchool Website to verify to SNI that you have downloaded all of the required paperwork.
