Samantha brings extensive experience to her role as Event Director, having managed events at SNI since 1982. With her guidance, SNI has grown over time to be the standard bearer for Junior ROTC events across the nation.
Her philosophy has been inspired by the best and brightest instructors & cadets she has met over the years. She strives to make every event a showcase for schools, worthy of the time and dedication they put into their programs. She is committed to preserving the traditions that make SNI events special while embracing innovations that enhance the participant experience.
Ensures all competitions meet SNI's rigorous standards for fairness, safety, and excellence. Responsible for judge training and competition rule development.
Justin has been the driving force for SOP creation and management since he joined SNI in 1987. His philosophy is always fairness in every decision, ensuring that competitions are unbiased and give all competitors an equal opportunity.
He has long been the SNI spokesperson for all media interactions and is the Master of Ceremonies for most Awards Ceremonies.
Manages SNI's complex software systems to include our online event portal, MySchool as well as SNI's advanced scoring management system.
Since joining SNI in 1993, Sharron has been a very quick study and basically self-taught herself advanced computer programming. This work allowed SNI to greatly expand and provide information to programs instantly. She also handles event paperwork, company communications & public relations materials. Her extensive history with SNI has her serve as the 'information guru', always able to answer any obscure question and produce any document needed for the professional and efficient running of this company.
Dedicated to ensuring each school and every participant has an exceptional experience at SNI events. Manages customer service, registration and client support services.
Brie joined SNI's team in 2023 and has quickly become a key part of our success. She has taken on multiple areas of SNI Operations to include contracts, digital timing, work orders and all areas of event hospitality.
Additional, Brie manages all aspects of SNI's social media platforms as we work to evolve our footprint in both the AI and digital age.
