Organizations with products or services beneficial to attendees are generally accepted, subject to availability. Exceptions include vendors already well-represented or those offering prohibited items.

Prohibited items include: functional firearms, knives, noise makers, fireworks, controlled substances, alcohol, tobacco, gambling items, copyrighted materials, vulgar merchandise, and anything posing safety hazards.

Yes. Food/beverages (with facility approval), apparel (limited vendors), and event-related items require advanced written permission from Sports Network International.

All exhibitors are positioned inside the Ocean Center building—either in the main concourse or exhibit hall, both high-traffic areas.

No. SNI assigns all booth locations strategically throughout the facility.

Standard package includes: pipe & drape booth, tables, chairs, 4 staffing badges, 2 parking passes, literature distribution option, school contact lists, and "Official NHSDTC Supporter" logo usage rights.

$475 for universities and other non-profit companies without sales. $575 for companies selling products.

Vendors cannot alter their product scope, sublet booth space, roam the building, or use risky displays extending beyond their 10x10 footprint. Additionally, tent coverings over booth spaces are not permitted as they interfere with fire code regulations. *This restriction is new for the 2026 event.

Yes. The Ocean Center accepts items arriving no earlier than two days prior, with no extra charge.

Full refund if notified 30 days in advance; non-refundable afterward.
