Event Costs Overview
There are two required costs associated with attending the All-Service JROTC Raider National Championships. These fees ensure a memorable and well-organized competition with cherished momentos for every participant. There is also the optional cost of Camping on-site at Lawhorn Scouting Base. Competition Fees
School registration & package costs to participate in the competition
Team Registration
$200
Per Level (Challenge and/or Masters)
- Registration fee covers the entry into a Level - Challenge or Masters. If you are entering both the cost would be $400
- Schools can enter one team per division, per level. If you wanted to have a 2nd team in a particular division (i.e., two Challenge Mixed teams) you need SNI approval
- Paid through MySchool account or by sending check to avoid credit card fees
Competition Package
$20
Per Person
- Required for ALL competitors - optional for instructors and supporters

Accommodation Options
Schools have three distinct accommodation options. Teams located nearby can attend as day participants without overnight lodging. Those preferring hotel accommodations are welcome to secure their own—SNI provides a curated list of nearby options within your MySchool account. However, many schools choose to embrace the full Raider Nationals experience by camping on-site at the Gerald Lawhorn Scouting Base, creating lasting memories and team camaraderie. Camping costs and details are provided below.

On-site camping options at the Gerald Lawhorn Scouting Base
On-Site Camping Available
Experience the full Raider atmosphere by camping on-site at the Gerald Lawhorn Scouting Base. Camping provides affordable, convenient access to the competition venue and creates lasting memories for your team.
There is a Nearside of the Camp (Flint River) and a Farside of the Camp (Camp Thunder). Refer to the maps on the Venue tab to see what campsites each has. Different sides have different styles of camping, from tents provided to full primitive where all you get is land and you bring everything you need.
