The All-Service JROTC Fitness Challenge Championships brings together elite JROTC programs from across the nation for an intense one-day fitness competition on the world's most famous beach - Daytona Beach, Florida.

Frequently Asked Questions

Any JROTC program from all branches (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps) worldwide is eligible to attend. Simply register your team and you're in!

ALL teams competing in this event MUST stay through our hotel package, meaning you will not book your own hotel rooms. Only local programs who will be commuting in the morning and evening are permitted to stay through our "LOCAL" event package, which does not include hotel rooms.

Teams will compete in two beach events (3K Team Beach Run and Physical Team Test) and three indoor strength events (Pull Ups/Flexed Arm Hang, Standing Double Jump, and Weighted Ball Throw). Check the Events & SOP page for complete details.

Teams consist of up to 14 total cadets, with each event comprised of 9 competing cadets. In the case of the Mixed Division, every event must utilize a minimum of 3 female cadets.

The Fitness Challenge is a one-day competition, with events starting at 7:30 am and concluding at 5:30 pm, with the awards ceremony held the same evening at 7:30 pm at the Ocean Center Arena.
