Event Costs Overview

Attending the All-Service JROTC Fitness Challenge Championships requires two fees: a school registration fee and a per-person package fee. These fees ensure you receive the nation's premier fitness competition experience—one that supports a dedicated team of event staff along with talented judges and support personnel, comprehensive insurance coverage, necessary fitness equipment, an unforgettable awards presentation, and superb competition team trophies and individual awards, all hosted at the World's Most Famous Beach and the magnificent Ocean Center Arena. The package fees also include your hotel accommodations and a collection of cherished mementos that participants will treasure for years to come.

School Registration Fee

$300

Per School

  • Schools can enter up to three teams - one per division (male, female, mixed)
  • Registration fee non-refundable after 10 December
  • Fee can be paid during online registration on the MySchool website (3% credit card fee applies)
  • Schools can also mail a check for the registration fee

Package Fees (per person)

  • Daytona Beach hotel accommodations - 2 or 3 nights
  • 3 hotel package levels - Standard, Upgrade, Premium (which includes HQ hotel - Daytona Hilton)
  • Custom event t-shirt for cadets
  • Fitness enamel colored medal on neck ribbon
  • 8"x10" team photo with logo
  • Custom water bottle
  • Schools create rooming list on MySchool account

Per Person Pricing: All prices listed above are per person, NOT per night. This per person cost covers your hotel stay and competition fees. After three nights, each additional day attended will only be charged per ROOM, not per person.

ALL competing cadets and instructors MUST be included in the hotel package in order to attend. Supporters and chaperones are not required to stay through our event package, but if they opt out, they may not be able to stay in the same hotel as your team as this is dependent on hotel room availability.

Important Details to Know

Oceanfront Accommodations

Most hotels in our packages are oceanfront properties located in Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, and Daytona Beach Shores—all along scenic A1A. These hotels offer a wide range of amenities, which are detailed on the MySchool website once you register.

Speedway Area Hotels

A select few hotels are located inland near the Daytona International Speedway and Daytona International Airport. Schools may choose one of these properties, or in limited circumstances, may be assigned there if oceanfront hotels reach capacity. This typically affects only late-registering schools.

Transportation Required

All hotels except the Hilton Headquarters require ground transportation to reach the Ocean Center Arena.

Schools are responsible for arranging and managing their own transportation to and from the competition venue. Only the Hilton offers walking-distance access to the arena.

Hotel Choices

After registering, schools select their preferred package level and then rank their 1st, 2nd, and 3rd hotel choices within that level. SNI makes every effort to accommodate schools' preferences. However, contracted room block capacity and returning school placement priority may influence availability.

Hotel Assignment Timeline

Schools should submit their package and hotel preferences immediately upon registering. SNI will confirm initial placements for the Hilton in mid-to-late January. However, all other hotels can only be tentatively confirmed until the rooming list deadline, when final room block numbers are determined. All schools will receive notification of their assigned hotel approximately one week after the deadline.

Meal Provisions

Schools are responsible for managing their meal needs. While some hotels may offer continental breakfast, we recommend not relying on this for your program. Coordinating meals should be an integral part of your trip planning.
